## What the product does

- AI script breakdown: automatic recognition of scenes and production elements from an uploaded screenplay (PDF, FDX, DOCX).
- Scene and object cards: editable scene data, cast, locations, set objects and production requirements.
- Production documents: call sheets, requirement lists and production documentation generated from one structured breakdown.
- Shooting schedule: a shooting calendar built from screenplay data and linked to the budget.
- Production budget: a detailed, editable budget in the same project workspace.
- Scenario simulation ("what if"): test budget variants and see in real time how a change affects total cost.
- Cast, crew, locations and resources managed in one project.
- Production data export for use outside FilmProduct.

## Security and data handling

- Production data is stored in the European Economic Area, on servers in Poland.
- AI processing runs through the Gemini API in a zero-retention configuration.
- Uploaded screenplays are not used to train AI models.
- Security is designed in line with ISO/IEC 27001 good practice, GDPR, the AI Act and European cybersecurity standards.

## Pricing (net, VAT excluded)

- PRO — EUR 199 per month, per active production. 3 users, 3 full-script AI analyses included.
- COMPANY — EUR 499 per month billed annually (EUR 5,988 per year). 3 active productions, 10 users, 12 full-script AI analyses per year.
- ENTERPRISE — from EUR 30,000 per year under a custom annual agreement. FilmProduct API access and custom integrations.
